Job Description

Join Our Team at Bites & Bubbles - Where Service Meets Style Bites & Bubbles is an award-winning, independently owned and operated fine dining restaurant and bar located in the vibrant Mills 50 District of Orlando. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service, elevated cuisine by Chef Eddie Nickell, craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and an unforgettable dining experience. We are seeking experienced, polished, and passionate Fine Dining Servers to join our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest Guide guests through our food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm Possess strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining cuisine to make informed recommendations Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and a polished appearance throughout service Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service flow Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, etiquette, and steps of service Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and graciously Handle guest concerns with professionalism and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement) Strong wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge A polished, professional demeanor and impeccable personal presentation Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be available to work evenings and weekends Must be 21+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
