Job Overview:

Follows recipes to execute beverages Bartenders are required to have serving shifts Servers have opportunity to cross-train as bartenders•performance based. Maintains up to date knowledge of food and beverage menu items Suggestive sell through product knowledge Proficiency to process orders through POS Provides outstanding service to guests Secures accurate payment Fosters teamwork Executes side works Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders Ability to adapt and pivot throughout the shift to be aligned with operational needs Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations in compliance with local health codes. Assist with duties assigned by M.O.D. Qualifications Omotenashi Japanese Cuisine preferred. 2•3 years of full-service restaurant. Min. 4 shifts availability between lunch / dinner and weekday / weekend Strong knowledge of food and spirits. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Operates with sense of urgency Ability to provide outstanding guest services while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
