We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable Restaurant Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and Serve Guests :

Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. 2.

Knowledge of Menu and Ingredients :

Familiarize yourself with our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guests' questions and make recommendations. 3.

Take Orders and Manage Tables :

Take orders accurately, manage tables efficiently, and ensure that guests receive their food and beverages promptly. 4.

Maintain Cleanliness and Organization :

Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and free of hazards, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors. 5.

Handle Cash and Credit Transactions :

Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handle complaints and issues professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 6.

Teamwork and Communication :

Collaborate with other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
