Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage service.

Responsibilities:

Anticipate the individual needs of the guests and provide tailored recommendations Record, input, and close guests' orders while maintaining a high attention to detail Retain comprehensive, up-to-date menu knowledge Ensure guest satisfaction and retention Adhere to food and beverage timing and safety standards Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service Demonstrate a commitment to the preservation of The Breakers culture and executing the highest standards of service

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry required Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
