About The Role:
Full-Time or Part-Time. Minimum wage + great tips! Have strong, detailed knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations if asked Accurately take orders with strong attention to detail Ensure timeliness and quality of food orders Provide guests with an excellent dining experience for the entirety of their visit Familiarity with Toast POS Systems is a plus!
Looking for:
A strong worth ethic and hospitality personality are your key to success! Previous work experience as a Server in a High Volume restaurant Understanding of restaurant etiquette Outstanding customer-service skills Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mentality Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large sections of tables Must be able to stand for long periods of time Joining the Lucky Dill team gives you and your family a sense of long-term job security and the ability to learn from and grow with a top-tier management team in a high-volume, landmark restaurant.
