Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and issuing receipts Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary tasks and food handling procedures Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables swiftly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving in cafes or retail settings like grocery stores is a plus Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for supporting food prep tasks Join our team to bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every guest interaction.
