Food Runner/Expo-Pensacola Intl Airport

OHM Concessions Group owns, operates and manages restaurants in airports across the United States. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a fun work environment. A restaurant expo, or expeditor, serves as an intermediate between customers and the kitchen staff. This position plays a significant role in our company, given that customer satisfaction depends heavily on how good he or she is at the job. This is a position that requires the individual to be both an independent decision-maker and a team player simultaneously. There are several responsibilities to fulfill as a restaurant expo. Flexible shifts and schedules available. Full and part-time available.

RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES INCLUDE

: Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately Uphold sanitation and food safety principles Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen Ensuring orders are being prepared with the correct priority Assisting in the final preparation of dishes Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory Relay reports on customer satisfaction with the management and relevant parties Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, etc Handling various impromptu requests from customers

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

: High school diploma or GED Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check. Can communicate effectively in English Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. An upbeat and friendly attitude Trustworthy and reliable Commitment to excellent customer service Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
