In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process all sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit cards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with setting up dining areas Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; but not required.
