Front-of-House Lead/Head of servers

We are a high-volume, family-oriented steakhouse in Parkland looking for an experienced Head of Servers (FOH Captain) to lead our front-of-house team and elevate the guest experience on the floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about service standards, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support servers during daily serviceTrain and mentor FOH team membersEnsure smooth service flow and guest satisfactionHandle guest concerns professionallyAssist with scheduling and floor managementMaintain service standards and team accountability

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership FOH role (steakhouse or high-volume restaurant preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead by example during busy serviceOrganized, reliable, and team-orientedFlexible availability (nights & weekends required)
