Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine varieties, and drink presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous Valid server certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
