Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Process payments accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience with food service operations, including fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order processing. Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
