Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks with precision, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and manage billing using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Knowledge of openTable or similar reservation management software is a plus Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
