Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve meals promptly while providing attentive, courteous service. Answer menu questions and recommend specials. Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for guests. Work as a team to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience in a pizzeria is preferred but not required. Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service. Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
