Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations efficiently and accurately Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure sanitation standards are met Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of the food industry's best practices for guest service, upselling techniques, and hospitality standards Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality environment Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic setting.
