In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating arrangements and managing waitlists Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts with multiple tables or stations Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Previous host/hostess or serving experience enhances guest relations capabilities Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment!
