Tahona Tacos & Tequileria is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Servers are responsible for delivering attentive customer service, accurately taking food and beverage orders, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the vibrant culture and energy of Tahona. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and create a positive first impression Guide guests through the menu and make food, tequila, mezcal, and cocktail recommendations Accurately enter and deliver food and beverage orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns Process payments accurately and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of Mexican cuisine, tequila, or craft cocktails is a plus Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and beverages up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment What We Offer Hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Team-oriented and energetic work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee meal and dining discounts Ideal Candidate The ideal Tahona server is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable, and passionate about hospitality.
