Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Rosemary Beach Retail has five fast paced, high energy retail stores in the Rosemary Beach community (Rosemary Beach Trading Company, Bombora Sun & Surf, Rosemary Beach Collection, Gigi's and Stellar). We are open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm looking to hire summer seasonal retail sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items Advise customers by providing information on products Increase sales by suggesting add-ons Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and credit cards Assisting with stock when delivered, pricing & restock shelves when necessary Help keep back counter, fitting rooms & stock area neat/clean

Key Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays Strong sense of pride and responsibility Retail experience a plus, but not necessary we will train the right candidate
