Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout service Upsell menu items, beverages, or specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness of tables, bussing as needed to uphold sanitation standards and ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation times, ensuring timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced setting Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations in both fine dining and nightclub environments Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong culinary experience or background in food service environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife venues Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Effective sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling to enhance revenue opportunities Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in restaurant settings such as serving, host/hostess roles, bussing, or food preparation is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in lively nightclub or restaurant atmospheres Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your culinary passion!
