Server - Wine Bar Casa de Vino 57 - St. Augustine, FL Casa de Vino 57 is looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Server to join our team. We are a boutique wine bar offering a relaxed atmosphere, a beautiful outdoor courtyard, an extensive wine selection, beer, charcuterie, cheese boards, and small bites. Our servers are an important part of the guest experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides attentive service, and is comfortable working in a busy wine bar environment. Wine knowledge is helpful, but a willingness to learn about our wines and food offerings is equally important. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Present menus and assist guests with wine, beer, charcuterie, and food selections Take and accurately enter guest orders Serve wine, beer, food, and charcuterie boards Learn our wine selection and confidently answer basic questions and make recommendations Check on guests throughout their visit and anticipate their needs Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Prepare tables and the courtyard for service Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties Process guest checks and payments accurately Work cooperatively with other servers and staff Handle guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude Follow sanitation, food safety, and responsible alcohol-service procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or serving experience required Wine or bar experience preferred Excellent customer-service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality Dependable, responsible, and trustworthy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Comfortable using a POS system and handling payments Willingness to learn about wine, cheese, charcuterie, and our menu Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry serving trays, wine bottles, and food Benefits Employee discount Weekly tip-outs Wine education and opportunity to expand your wine knowledge Friendly, unique work environment in Historic St. Augustine Schedule Primarily evening and weekend shifts.
