Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting delicious ice cream flavors and toppings, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other menu items following food safety standards and company recipes Manage cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card, and mobile payments while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures Upsell additional toppings or specialty items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing equipment, cleaning counters, and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks while adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred, with a strong foundation in food service customer order management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash handling procedures Background in food preparation, food safety management, sanitation practices, or culinary experience is advantageous Proven time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience operating kitchen or café equipment and managing food industry standards is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and create a welcoming environment Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for delivering joy through sweet treats!
