Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience Manage reservations using OpenTable and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Take accurate orders and input them into POS system. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing and payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including host stand and dining space Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant service, hosting, or food industry roles preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with our POS through Square. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in food handling and preparation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing processes Experience in food service environments that require serving, bussing, or hosting duties is highly desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable moments through exceptional hospitality!
