At St. Johns River Steak & Seafood we are looking for Server with experience (Full Time & Part Time) to provide an excellent guest experience. ServSafe Certification is a plus! We are looking for someone with the ability to work well and collaborate as a team. Someone who is dependable, people oriented, adaptable and flexible while upholding company standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to memorize menu items, recipes, and food orders Being able to engage with the customers to make suggestions and up-sell specials and new items when necessary Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and work well as part of a team Be able to lift up to 50lbs and work extended hours without sitting Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to) Provide excellent customer service skills, service, and hospitality Greeting customers and ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been properly provided Take accurate food and beverage orders and be able to serve and deliver completed order to guests Pre-bus and set tables to maintain a clean environment Stock and maintain prep items and supplies Properly follow protocol when collecting and processing payments for guests We do offer training and advancement opportunities, competitive pay and utilize a tip-pooling system that is performance based, as well as employee benefits and perks.
