What You'll Do Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service throughout the dining experience Guide guests through food and beverage menus and make recommendations Accurately enter orders using our POS system Deliver food and beverages while maintaining presentation and service standards Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences Process payments accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Work closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service Follow food safety, alcohol service, and company standards What We're Looking For Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift Experience with Focus POS is a plus Why Join Orange Umbrella Restaurants?
