Responsibilities Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring dishes are presented at optimal temperature and quality Assist with food preparation tasks, such as plating or garnishing, following food safety standards and restaurant procedures Buss tables by clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Support cleaning duties including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and maintaining overall sanitation of service stations Communicate clearly with kitchen staff using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay special requests or modifications Assist with heavy lifting tasks using safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment within the restaurant Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or banquet setting is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation techniques Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest services Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices Experience in bussing, cleaning, or supporting kitchen operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
