Upsell menu items, including specialty cocktails, wines, and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and clearing tables. Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations quickly to prepare for new guests. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items. Experience Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms for processing sales transactions. Knowledge of beverage service and upselling techniques. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
