Responsibilities Needs to be a team player Must have 5 years of serving with full liquor experience bartending a plus Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic math calculations for billing or transactions Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining setting Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Lightspeed POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Experience with serving in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting is a plus Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing accuracy Host/hostess experience or background in guest services is advantageous Join us to be part of an exciting environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
