The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. If you are interested in joining our team .please come to the restaurant between Friday and Monday from 12PM to 4PM to fill out an application and complete a quick interview Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all orders are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while adhering to food safety guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit. Assist with hosting duties during peak times, ensuring efficient seating arrangements for guests. Requirements Previous restaurant experience in a server role is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately; cashiering experience is beneficial. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations within the food service industry. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is an asset but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
