Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting with food preparation when needed Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Experience with guest relations, serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry roles is highly valued Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
