Prepare, serve, and maintain all products according to brand standards for quality, consistency, and food safety. Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including Limited Time Offers, promotions, catering orders, and Rewards Program details. Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the store. Stock and rotate inventory to ensure efficiency and availability. Assist with upselling and guest engagement to support store sales. Follow portion control and preparation standards to minimize waste. Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately. Support sales goals by promoting add-ons, specials, and promotions.

Physical Demands:
