Bussers act with a sense of urgency to ensure the restaurant is safe and sanitized and that the Guest gets seated quickly and efficiently by having the tables cleaned and ready to go. They are the go-to person for the Hosts, Servers, and Managers in keeping the dining room and patio sanitized and spotless.
