As a key connector between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, you will coordinate guest flow, assist with seating arrangements, and support the overall guest experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage wait lists efficiently to minimize wait times Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating and timely service Maintain a lively, positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and providing information about menu items or specials Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of host stand and waiting areas Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and support Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a memorable experience Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Excellent hospitality skills, including guest relations, serving, and hotel experience beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or guest services highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
