Server/waiter Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on customers regularly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Sales skills to promote menu items
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to maintain sanitation standards
• 18 Years or older
• Some Serving/waiter experience (preferred)
