Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by delivering food promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the service staff. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and service standards. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry and develop valuable customer service skills.

Candidates will:

• Be friendly, courteous, and capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a professional and polite manner.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service to our guests.
• Be wine knowledgeable or interested in learning about wine
• Must be a self-starter that works efficiently with limited direction to identify needs of the business and work with management to implement solutions effectively.
• Assist Guests in food and wine selections, suggesting courses, pairings, explaining specials and answering food and wine questions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures
