Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees. Performs opening duties and side work as assigned by manager. Operates our drive through window for golf carts. Promptly answers phone calls and places orders for pick-up in timely fashion. Answers questions and suggests menu items. Prepares member's orders. Assembles food in to-go boxes and bags and ensures all necessary items such as utensils and condiments are included. Serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, and ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management. Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System. Advises supervisor/manager of any complaints as soon as they occur. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager. Studies all menu items and can explain dishes to members and guests upon request or if a special item is being prepared. Attends pre-shift line-up meetings before each service shift. Attends staff meetings as scheduled by department manager. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
