Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, ensuring proper presentation and timing Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items including wine, specialty drinks, or desserts to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with serving guests in hospitality or food industry roles is highly preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
