Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Culinary or beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food handling practices Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
