Must be available to work a variety of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position would be great for someone who enjoys working with people and enjoys a fast-paced, upbeat environment. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Offer exceptional customer service at all times
• Stock store with necessary supplies and products at all times
• Keep store neat and clean at all times
• Training and developing staff
• Ensure that you and all staff are serving products to the standards set by Abbott's
• Monitor cash flow and make sure it is handled securely at all times
• Meet goals set by Abbott's Frozen Custard Qualifications and Skills This position is for someone 18 years of age or older (due to key-holding and closing responsibilities) Candidate should have high school diploma or equivalent 2+ years Food Service or Customer service experience (preferred) 2+ years experience in a supervisor or lead position (preferred) Food Safety Certification not required but preferred Must be available to work a variety of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Compensation

• Training rate: $14.00/hr
• Post-Training rate: $15.00/hr base + Tips
• The "Plus": This position is part of a tip pool. Card tips are added to weekly direct deposit. Cash Tips are taken home daily. Our staff typically see a total "take-home" average between $16 and $25 per hour.
