You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Pay Rate $9.00hr plus Tips Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling regulations and food safety standards is essential. Experience with cash register operations and handling payments effectively. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
