Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay orders accurately. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the culinary team in maintaining quality standards. Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, to uphold hygiene standards and operational efficiency. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and restaurant operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing. Banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various service settings.
