Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests' tables Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are properly handled and sanitized during service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces Support the kitchen staff with food handling tasks when needed, following food safety standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with restaurant operations including bussing, food running, serving, and guest services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude In-person customer service skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication makes a difference!
