Duties Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing additional support as needed Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs, and organizing service stations Support food preparation tasks when necessary, including basic plating or garnishing under supervision Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing when required Uphold food safety standards during handling and serving of food and beverages Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation of service Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation is advantageous Experience with POS systems like Toast Knowledge of food safety protocols and guest service excellence is highly valued Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential Experience in hotel or culinary environments can be beneficial for understanding guest expectations and service standards Join our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and teamwork.
