Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings effectively during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and foster guest relations Ability to multitask efficiently using time management skills in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen support, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Knowledge of the food industry's best practices for sanitation and safety standards Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
