Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience through excellent customer service Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proven ability in guest services, upselling, cash handling, and maintaining positive guest relations Experience in serving or host/hostess roles enhances your ability to deliver top-tier hospitality Basic math skills for accurate cashiering and transaction processing Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments for our guests!
