Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation guidelines Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support team members with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during each shift Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen support background is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
