Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables as needed. Present breakfast and brunch menus and answer questions about food and beverages. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve meals promptly while checking that orders meet guest expectations. Recommend menu items and respond to questions about ingredients or modifications. Coordinate with kitchen staff, food runners, and other servers. Process payments accurately and handle guest checks professionally. Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized. Address guest concerns politely and notify management when assistance is needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods. Basic math skills and comfort handling payments. Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred but not always required. Availability for breakfast or weekend brunch shifts. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food trays safely. Duties Prepare assigned tables and service stations before the shift. Check table settings, condiments, and supplies. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards. Follow up with guests throughout their meals. Help reset tables quickly for incoming guests. Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
