Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly valued. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events and banquets. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices. Skills Proficient in Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and food items to enhance guest experience. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
