Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
• Clearing tables and bussing dishes to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Operating the cash register and processing payments accurately
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assisting with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred
• Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Basic culinary knowledge to answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
