Assist with bussing duties, including removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware while adhering to safe manual handling practices. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation assistance, and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas. Help maintain a clean and sanitized environment by performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of trays or supplies safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests, team members, and management. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Familiarity with bussing, cleaning routines, and guest service in a hospitality setting is highly desirable.
