• Summary
• : As a Food Runner and Dishwasher, you play a critical role in our restaurant's operations by ensuring the smooth flow of hot, delicious dishes from the kitchen to the dining tables.

Your primary responsibilities include handling all types of dishes—clean, dirty, with or without food on them, and being the crucial link between the front of the house and back of the house. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills, an understanding of our menu, and the ability to coordinate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities
• : •Prioritize Hot Food Service•: Your primary focus is to ensure that hot food reaches the tables promptly and accurately.

This includes supervising ticket fulfillment and overseeing dish preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Manager on Duty to ensure seamless operations.

• Liaison Between Teams
• : Act as the key liaison between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen team. You'll need to have excellent listening and communication skills to address server concerns and relay instructions to the cooks.
• Dishwashing and Bussing
• : In addition to food running duties, you will also be responsible for dishwashing and bussing. It's essential that you can efficiently wash dishes without making a mess, ensuring that your appearance remains clean and presentable for the dining room.
• Skills and Qualifications
• : Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and guests.
