Overview Mr. Shuck's just celebrated 15 years in business in Brunswick! We are looking for seasoned, enthusiastic team members to join our growing company. For individuals with a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant and have a positive energy and a servant heart. Duties Be fully knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings. Welcome guests and create an experience for them with our food and beverage offerings. Handle customer payments, including individual cash bank. Maintain cleanliness of all front of house areas of the restaurant, including the restrooms. Provide excellent guest service and address any guest concerns or complaints. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure each shift runs smoothly and all guests and neighbors are taken care of. Qualifications Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required. Knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine preferred. The expectation is to learn our offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Needs to be self-sufficient and not need to be micromanaged. Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Pay:
